Purpose​

Billing and subscription records control commercial access and product entitlements for a tenant.

Prerequisites​

  • Signed-in xTrakt account.
  • Billing or administrator access.
  • Active tenant context.

Workflow​

  1. Open the billing area.
  2. Review the current subscription status.
  3. Confirm plan, invoice, and payment details.
  4. Update payment information when required.
  5. Resolve failed payments through the billing flow.
  6. Confirm product access after subscription changes.
