Reviewing Results
Purpose
Reviewing results gives users a controlled step to confirm, correct, or reject extracted data.
Prerequisites
- Signed-in xTrakt account.
- Access to the tenant and document queue.
- Extraction results available for review.
Workflow
- Open the review queue or document result.
- Compare extracted fields with the source document.
- Correct inaccurate or missing values.
- Mark uncertain fields for follow-up when needed.
- Approve the result when it is ready.
- Export or route the approved data.
Troubleshooting
